This building was developed by the Beverly YMCA and led to the founding of the Coalition. It consists of five residential units and two commercial units. Founding BAHC Board members were intricately involved in the acquisition and redevelopment of this distressed, centrally-located building, making it one of the most attractive multi-family buildings in downtown Beverly.
