20-22 Ropes Street, Beverly

These three rental units were designed for income-qualified families and were purchased by the Coalition from a Beverly police officer who had already completed the property rehabilitation process. The housing is now managed by the Coalition through a partnership with Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH). The Massachusetts Housing Partnership financed the Ropes Street project.
