The Beverly Affordable Housing Coalition is transforming our community with two unprecedented new developments of affordable housing in Beverly.  The largest new developments of rental housing in our city in decades, the 43-unit Cabot Street Homes and 65-unit Holcroft Park Homes will provide vitally-needed affordable housing for low- to moderate-income people in Beverly.
