Apartments for Rent

The Coalition currently owns and manages four properties. We have a variety of unit types for rent, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

Homeownership Opportunities

The Coalition currently does not have any properties for sale. We have developed two single-family homes that were sold to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers in the past. We look forward to developing other homeownership properties in the future. Be sure to check back for updates!
