319-325 Cabot Street

The proposed redevelopment of 319-325 Cabot Street received unanimous approval from the City of Beverly in December 2006. The Zoning Board of Appeals, the Planning Board, the Design Review Board and the Parking and Traffic Commission all voted to approve the Coaliton’s plans to redevelop the site. Funding applications are currently being submitted, and we hope to be under construction by the end of 2007!
